Warranty Coverage
Residential Use
- Cartridges: Limited lifetime warranty.
- Standard Products: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
- Selected Models: 5-year limited warranty (applicable models are specified in the product details).
- Some products come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Commercial Use
- Products used for commercial purposes are NOT covered.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Defective finishes resulting from standard use (except for damage caused by cleaning chemicals or abrasives).
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Labour costs for installation, repair, or removal.
- Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or abuse of the product.
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, or abrasive materials.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Use of non-original spare parts.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request a replacement part or file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that you are the original purchaser, as the warranty is non-transferable.
- Prepare your proof of purchase (original receipt required).
- Complete the Dimex360 inc. Support form.
- Provide clear photos or a video of the issue, along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
Once completed, the contact form will be sent directly to our customer service department. Our team will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement part free of charge.
Replacement parts do not extend the original warranty duration.
